Privacy policy

Effective November 5, 2026

This policy covers ezekielrudick.com, run by Ezekiel J. Rudick. For questions or requests, email hello@ezekielrudick.com.

What I collect

Site usage: pages viewed, links clicked, the site that sent you here, approximate location, and device and browser details. This comes from cookies and similar tags.

Booking details: if you book a session through Calendly, whatever you enter there, such as your name, email address and answers.

Email signups: if you ask for the Pipeline Leak Checklist or unlock results from a tool on this site, your email address, your results and the answers you submit with it, such as your score, agency spend, funding stage and who leads marketing, plus whether you open or click my emails.

Messages: anything you send me by email.

How I use it

I use this information to understand how people find the site, reply to you and run booked sessions, send follow-up emails and decide which are relevant to you, measure how my ads perform, and show ads to people who have visited.

Services that receive data

Google Analytics measures site usage. Calendly handles bookings. Kit stores email signups and sends my email sequence. Framer hosts this site. Substack runs my newsletter, and its own policy applies once you go there.

When I run ads, this site may load tags from LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Meta, X, Reddit, TikTok, Quora, AdRoll and StackAdapt. These companies may use cookies or other identifiers to measure ads, build audiences of site visitors, and show ads on their own and other sites. They handle that data under their own privacy policies.

These services may process data in the United States and other countries.

Selling and sharing

I don't sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws count advertising tags as selling or sharing personal information, so you can opt out below.

Your choices

Visitors in European time zones are asked before analytics or advertising cookies are used. This site also respects the Global Privacy Control signal for advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings too.

Analytics and advertising are on for this site in this browser, unless you declined them or your browser sends a privacy signal.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it's used. Email hello@ezekielrudick.com and I'll respond. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Keeping data

I keep personal information only as long as it's useful for the purposes above or required by law.

Changes

This site is for business audiences and isn't aimed at children. If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
